My party was from 12-2. Everyone was still jumping when you showed up at 2 to pick up the bouncer. You were nice when you showed up but it shut down the party and several kids were upset that the bouncer had to go. In the future I would recommend mentioning to the customer at the time of order that the bouncer will leave promptly at a certain time if it has to go to another party. You told me that when you dropped it off that morning and it was to late to find another one. If I had known that I would have rented from another company. There are several companies in the area that will leave them over the weekend that I could have used. However my overall experience was good and I would call you again. I would just make sure about the times. Thanks |

The people who delivered the slide also set it up. During set up the pool was not attached to the slide correctly. All day we were having to fix the Velcro between pool and slide because it was not attached properly before the installers hooked up the hoses. So there for there were people falling between the pool and slide. Both climbing up and sliding down. Ranging from 5 yr olds up to 30 yrs of age. |

The deliverers set the waterslide on a slight incline. There was clearly enough room for it to be set up a little further over to avoid the incline. When I asked about it, I was told it would be fine. One side of the pool at te bottom was bubbled up. When I called after it wouldn't go down, I was told there would be a 100.00 fee for them to come movie it. I filled the pool up with water, which helped, but the water would not stay in because it was being splashed out. Therefore, the bump came back. The kids had no problem with it, but they literally had a spot only about two feet wide at the bottom that actually had water in it. I'm addition, I had it booked until 6:00 and was told they'd be there between 6:09 and 6:30, so I made the kids get out at 5:45. The slide wasn't picked up until sometime after 8:00. At that point, a different person picked it up and told me the bump could've been avoided. |

I was told I would get a phone call the night before with the delivery time at 4 I called and they said they were delivering it that day before and 5 I had still not gotten a phone call with a time and at 7:45 pm they call me and tell me they are 20 minutes away and I was not home and had to get someone to meet them there, this is the day before the party. The slide was supposed to be picked up at 7:00pm the day of the party and no one showed up and I never received a phone call as to when someone would be there to get it and as of now it's still sitting in my back yard 10:00 am the day after the party! Not a big deal but it would be nice to know the drop off and pick up time so that your not sitting around waiting on them. |
